Dear Coaches:
The ECYSA Board extends a warm welcome for your participation in our annual Friendship Tournament on
June 21, 2008 at The Peabody Youth Soccer Fields complex. Directions for the fields can be found in
the ECYSA handbook or at www.ecysa.org. This should be a fun day of soccer for all teams participating.
Please arrive at the fields at least 30 minutes before your scheduled game time.
Check in at the Registration tent. Bring with you your player pass cards for the Spring 2008
season for all participating players.
Each player and coach will receive a patch commemorating their participation in the Tournament.
The Peabody Youth Soccer Association will be running their food concession stand, offering donuts,
hot dogs, pizza, drinks and snacks.
Please no Easy-up or similar tents allowed to be set up at the fields. Also, encourage your team
families to leave their pets at home.
Rain date for the Tournament is Sunday June 22 (Lets hope not!!)
