I am available to officiate games all day long for every Saturday of ECYSA's 8-week season. How should I best enter my availability?

Enter your availability for each Saturday, for which you wish to work games, individually from 9:00 am to 5:59 pm.

I can work Saturdays from 8:45 AM to 2:00 PM. How should I enter my availability?

Enter your availability for each separate Saturday for game time starts from 8:45 am to 1:29 pm. Why 1:29 PM? Because standard ECYSA start times on Saturdays are 9:00, 10:30, 12:00, 1:30, 3:00, and 4:30. Be sure that your availability does not overlap any ECYSA games with standard start times to avoid possibly being assigned a game you can't complete (hence the 1:29 PM end time on your availability).

I am looking for game assignments, but am busy with another obligation at 9:00 am on Saturday Week 4. I can work the rest of the day starting at 10:30 am. How do I indicate this?

Enter your availability for the Saturday Week 4 date starting at 10:30 am to 5:59 pm. Your availability entry is for when the game starts. Don't forget to leave enough time to travel to the field and perform your pre-game duties when entering or updating your availability!

I am only available for Saturday games starting at 3:00 PM. How do I indicate this?

Enter your availability for each particular Saturday starting at 3:00 pm to 5:59 pm. Again, account for travel time and pre-game duties when providing your availability!

I have already online accepted ECYSA games assigned to me for Week 6, but at Week 2 I realize that I now have a new commitment on that date. What should I do?

Login and "turn back" (unavailable for) those games on that particular date. Then delete your availability for that date. Accepting and rejecting games can be done by clicking on the AVAILABILITY form in your referee menu.

Note: If you "turn back" games on that date, but forget to delete your availability for that date, you will highly likely be assigned new games because that availability line will still be active and in effect! Also, do not wait until the day before to "turn back" games if you know two weeks prior to that date!

I submitted game availability for ECYSA Week 2 and also submitted game availability for the same week to another league. Now I have been assigned games from both leagues for that week at the same or similar time frames. What now?

Do NOT submit availability to two different leagues for the same day and times! Just don't do this! Submitting availability to two different leagues, then getting assigned games, but then "turning back" one of those leagues' games, WILL get you designated as unreliable and no longer assigned games from a league.
